What is eft?
EFT Tapping is an alternative to the traditional treatment for healing pain and emotional distress. EFT is commonly referred to as tapping or psychological acupressure.
EFT techniques use a tapping motion and a specific sequence with the fingertips or the hands to stimulate energy points or acupuncture points in the body.
This stimulation, or tapping of the acupuncture points and the specific sequence of the EFT process helps to “clear” or release the root cause of the stuck emotion, bringing you to a place of calm and peace.
