There are some pre-session tips that I will share with you before you come in for your appointment on our phone call.

In the session we will talk about your new life as a non-smoker. What that feels like. What will change for you. You be able to imagine what it is like in your own mind. Together we will create the change.

In your professional hypnosis session you will go on a relaxing journey and feel similar to right before you fall asleep at night. You will feel relaxed and be aware that you are in a recliner. Hypnosis is not sleep and you are fully in control. You will let go of the smoking habits and the beliefs about smoking.

I will teach you some tools for stress-reduction that will support you so that you continue on your success no matter what life challenges come up for you. I will be recording your personalized hypnosis session on audio and you will receive a copy.
